Refund Policy
This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for Dailionex purchases coordinated through Bloxarynaodhunor.
Eligibility
You may request a return of unopened products in original packaging within fourteen days of delivery, unless a longer period is required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction. Opened items may be accepted only when there is a documented quality issue or shipping damage reported within forty-eight hours of receipt.
Process
Email us with your order reference, a brief description, and photos if the shipment arrived damaged. We will confirm instructions and, where appropriate, provide a return authorization. Do not return goods without confirmation, as unidentified packages may be refused.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours or the product is defective as verified during inspection.
Exceptions
For health and safety reasons, products that have been tampered with or are not in salable condition may be declined. Promotional bundles are refunded as a whole; partial returns may receive prorated credit at our discretion.
